Sukhdi is an Indian traditional dish made from wheat flour and jaggery (a natural product found in sugarcane) in ghee (clarified butter). This whole wheat sweet energy bar known as Gol papdi, as well as Gud papdi too. Sukhdi is very famous in most of the Gujarati households. Sukhdi is my kids' favorite snack/energy bar/dessert!
